New Features:

• New Layout
• Provided Load & Save support via XML (1 data file per house)
• Split address field into separate number, street, suburb, postcode fields
• Added Local Council fields (though not supported yet in save)
• Added Help file descibing program and including web links

Other

• Rebadged application to PIP. This fixes the previous issue with HL where the application name was stamp_duty.exe
• Restructed GUI to use tabs for input fields to enable more room for additional fields
• Replaced globals with a dedicated file structure

Installation Instructions

1. Uninstall HL Calculator from the Add/Remove Programs option in the Control Panel
2. Install PIP from setup.exe in the zip file
3. That's all folks!
